We are glad to manage the subletting of your room in Allmandring II and III from searching a subtenant over interchanging keys to collecting the rent. Keep in mind that the Studierendenwerk Stuttgart only allows subletting through the Wohnungsreferat.

Please first read the FAQ for landlords since there are some important things to know about subletting. You also need to accept the terms and conditions for landlords. Please come with your tenancy agreement (maybe with its cancellation) and your bank information to our office on our office hours. If this would be the last one before your move-out, you can also send us all important documents via e-mail after you have filled out the pre-registration below.

If you show up unprepared (FAQ not read) and without a filled pre-registration, we will have to send you back home if there is a long waiting line.

Pre-registration

In order to speed up the process of making a contract at our office, we ask you to enter your data here. You will then have to come to our next office hour together with your tenancy agreement (and maybe the notice of cancellation). Say there that you are pre-registered and tell us your customer id (Kundennummer) if you were a customer before.

Before you haven’t shown us your tenancy agreement and signed a contract at our office, we will not begin to search a subtenant. If your wished term for subletting is near, we will contact you in order to make the contract faster.
